Which Remington 700 barrel?

Id do a bartlein hands down. Ive had them and proof but proof is out of your budget as stated. Bartleins just plain shoot. 20 to 22 inches is where i like to be. Good velocity and accuracy but not overly long.

So I ended up finding a really good gunsmith here on my doorstep that has great turnaround times. Just threaded my 7mm barrel, timed the brake by turning it down and installed a Badger bolt handle. Dropped it off Monday, picked up Thursday. More or less decided on saving my pennies to do a Bartlein later in the year.
