Riots are like sports, it's better to watch it on TV at home.

A four inch, in .22LR please. I have a .38 Spl Diamondback that I bought many years ago, instead of a .22 because the .22 was more expensive. Regretted ever since, although I do reload for .38, but it's not the same.

That would be cool. Smith and Wesson sells a lot of 617's, and that would be a good market for Colt to go after.

    I'd sure buy one.

So is it alloy frame like the old cobra detectives or nickle plated steel?

Steel, about 30 ounces of it.

I thought the old detective special weighed around 21 oz? I could be wrong. I think the 2.5 inch barrel Python was around 33 oz but that was a lot bigger. The K6s is about 23oz.
Let those who are fond of blaming and finding fault, while they sit safely at home, ask, ‘Why did you not do thus and so?’I wish they were on this voyage; I well believe that another voyage of a different kind awaits them.”

You are correct. The 30ounce figure is mathematically impossible without filling it with tungsten shot...

Nice. Hopefully a new Python isn't far behind.

I got to handle this recently. Super excited to see Colt back in the revolver business.
