If it doesn't happen again just press on and enjoy you rifle. Sometimes we just don't know or will know why some weird thing happen. Not knowing can be a bit frustrating.

Any chance there's a burr or something on the front of the magazine that could be scraping the anodizing below the feed ramps? Strange, but if it's not causing issues I wouldn't worry too much about it.
And when you're loading a new magazine, give it a slight tug down to ensure it's seated.
Can you take a picture of the bottom front face of the bolt carrier group you are running?
