    Yes, but I'm sure some places in NY/NJ/CA might test the waters by making an arrest or two, forcing it to go the the SCOTUS.

    Doesn't seem to stop them from ignoring Federal immigration laws.
    It's hard to be a ACLU hating, philosophically Libertarian, socially liberal, fiscally conservative, scientifically grounded, agnostic, porn admiring gun owner who believes in self determination.

    If you can't win a gun fight against a lightly-trained individual during broad daylight with 88 rounds of 30-06, I'm not sure you'd be able to do it with... any other firearm.

    NFA only regulates it technically, it didn't get infringed until the 1968 Gun Control Act.

    Seems to me that paying a tax to exercise a right qualifies as an infringement.
