11.5" KAC SR15 and a suppressor.
If I had that much to plink down in a single go, I'd get a SCAR-16 or 17.
Otherwise, KAC.
Or, get a BCM/Sionics/etc, and spend the rest on DBAL/PEQ, good glass, etc.
For the OP, is the $3K listed the price of the base gun, or is that the cap to complete that platform? That can make a huge difference in many ways.
3K of ammo delivered to your door makes one hell of a "treat"........
