    Tango Down PR-4 and VLTOR Modstock??

    Just ordered a PR-4 sling mount and now, looking at pics, will the Modstock hit the mount before the stock collapses all the way?

    Anyone have this setup?

    The stock won't close all the way. It's just the way it works.

    I have PR-4 and E-mod, and ,as rob_s said, the stock won't close all the way. You lose the first position. The same happens with LMT SOPMOD stock.

    So you use the second position then, does it leave a gap between the stock and mount in that position, or is the mount sized so that it all blends together?

    On my Colt 6920 there is a gap, but a stock with more positions would probably be closer, and look better.

    PS, I like the mount very well, with 3 sling positions on this mount, you can change your sling from a 2 position to a single point in seconds, just by moving the front swivel back to one of the side holes on the mount.

    1/4 inch gap with 6 position Stag buffer tube.
