Ryno, that's a decent silencer, but I'm thinking of the bulk of guys who already have round silencers, and don't want to be redundant by buying another. Plus, I personally wouldn't need the rail.
The model jackblack cited is just what I was imagining, with the sights on removable rings. It appears that company is not quite up and running yet though, but I presume when they are the sight rings will be available separately.
