Hi M4C. I seek your advice.
I have a defective lower receiver. The manufacturer helped me confirm this with helpful troubleshooting. However, the manufacturer is telling me that they cannot do anything about it, replacement-wise, because it's serial number has been issued to me. So, I seem to be stuck with it. Is this true or are they being lazy/stubborn/etc.?
We can certainly talk about the issue and what they offered to do, but I wanted to focus on the not replaceable aspect of their claim as a starting point.
