Is that "punch" replaceable? Looks pretty weak, small & frail.

This tool is machined from 6061 aluminum and anodized black. The screws are stainless steel and the punches are made from tool steel and hardened. Comes with two short drive punches (one punch is stored between the body haves), a long punch and a 3/16 allen wrench is provided along with instructions.

Yes. The unit comes with a spare punch and extra punches are available from the company. I've used the tool on 4 FSP's so far and the punch is not showing any signs of deformation.
