Sure, I'd do some fit testing. I've got a Griffin Armament 3-lug, if that matters to you.

I'd be up for one. I have four barrels with 3-lugs on them. Also, nice toes.....

And these will definitely be built. Had no idea there would be this much demand for something like this. From various avenues I've got nearly a dozen people already wanting to send me $.

I am not a machinest, but I was thinking through the same problem yesterday. I too have the hkparts.net tri-lug for the scorpion, and will be putting the carbine length handguard on. Just out of curiosity, what is the torque spec on the tri-lug, to be honest I didn't know there was on. Please keep me in the loop on this.

    Thanks

Not sure actually. My plan was just use the handbook and find standard torque specs for the size fastener.

I'd be in for one as well, would be nice to be able to torque one on. I used the adjustable wrench method originally...
And like others have said, this gets inside the rail.

May be a bad idea but show yall my learning progression in figuring out my production process. Far left is the first one done as quickly as possible. Far right is what my beta tester will get minus paint. I may increase the width of the lug slots going forward. It's a pretty snug slip fit at 80 thousandths width.
