I emailed KAC, and they said they do not recommend the A5 system with their 11.5 upper. I’m guessing they covering their asses liability wise?
did you ask them what buffer weight they recommend? A5H2 system I would think would be more versatile, than the H3... jmo

can't find the weight of that HH buffer anywhere, anyone ?
I currently run 3 different KAC 11.5 CQB mod2 rifles with A5 systems. Same with the Mod1s. They all have A5H3 buffers and thousands of rounds through them. Use a Colt rifle spring. If running crap ammo use a lighter buffer.
The HH Knights buffer is the same as a H2, at about 4.6 oz give or take.
Edit... I think I already replied to this thread saying the same thing. Redundancy I guess.

ok thanks, I see that ROG Tactical ships the KAC 11.5" SR-15 E3 CQB MOD 2 MLOK Complete Upper with the "Kinght's Armament Buffer 4.6 oz"..
Is the colt spring and the Vltor A5 spring any different? Do I need to use the colt spring?
