Thanks but after a bit I snapped to what that meant. I think my new AR15A4 has that.

I think Colt is the only company that does this. I've never seen any others do this.

Just picked up one of these Colt 6320 A1 Stock rifles...has the restricted rollmarks too. Paid for it, but its in great shape and only 297 of these were made. A great addition to any collection. Should have it in hand Friday...hopefully. This rifle comes with the A1 stock. Decided to go for this model over the one with a retractable stock.

Nothing wrong with paying a premium price for something if it's what you want and is worth the money to you.

I agree; I would choose the fixed stock model too.
