Saw sig makes one, would that one interfere with the bad?

Probably safer off ebay. I'm not sure on the sig's never seen one in person. The sig Ambi Mag release is made India if that makes a difference.

Why are you using the BAD Lever, and the anti rotation pins in the first place?

I have a Troy and it's easily reachable with a trigger finger. I googled Troy Ambi safety and one of the first pics was of it and the bad lever on the same lower, it looked fine.

I have have used both the Troy and Norgon with the BAD. No longer have the Troy or BAD but have several Norgons.

Botach has Battle Steel ambi releases for a great price. Have them on 2 of my ARs with BAD levers

Get rid of the KNS pins, and get a Knights Armament Ambi Mag Release.
What do you need the KNS pins for? Do your pins actually walk out? Or just as precaution? I've never had pins come out. I'm pretty sure for 95% of users they're just a gimmick if you have a proper spec lower.
You can use any standard mag button on the other side, so you don't have to use that ugly one.
