Could I buy the standard 226 and install the srt and get the same trigger that's in the legion? Also I carry aiwb, do you guys have any concerns carrying one of these appendix not decocked?
Not much margin for error with a cocked DA/SA. As a daily aiwb DA/SA carrier, I wouldn't recommend it.

Excellent for your "shot in the dik" goals of 2017.

Just repeating how turrible this idea is! Don't do it!

So it's carry decocked of be decocked lol. So what about the trigger, can you get the same results by upgrading a base model 226?

I suppose that some have a greater margin than others...
I like my rifles like my women - short, light, fast, brown, and suppressed.

I have both a 226 tac ops and a legion. The legion trigger is different than the standard SRT. Although the SRT trigger is nice, the Legion (on my model at least) has an even shorter reset, and the DA pull is smoother. The trigger shoe is also more rounded compared to the flatter and wider standard sig trigger.

    I've got the same trigger setup in my 4 Sigs...one is a MK25 RX, 226 & 229 Legion and a W. German P228.

    Gray Guns PSAIT Trigger
Wolff 19# hammer spring (recent production mainspring strut/short hammer spring)
    SRT Kit

Pretty pleased with that setup and maintains 100% reliability.
