Sorry, I thought showing a giant photo of a Daniel Defense rifle would be enough of a clue...

Glad to see BCM coming out with the MLOK KMR. I have a complete lower just waiting for an upper. Let's hope they do another free BCG sale soon

Hopefully if these new rails do well (and I'm sure they will) BCM will release a hybrid MLOK/Picatinny rail similar to the Geissele MK4. The new Defoor upper with a hybrid MLOK/Picatinny rail would be awesome.

I don't see why they would do that.

The KMR rail is so popular that up until recently they could not meet production needs. If someone wants a hybrid quad there are a lot of other options out there such as KAC, Geissele, etc. BCM will have their hands full for awhile I think with these two new lines.

This is my thinking as well. I don't get the hybrids anyways, with the availability of so many quality modular rail sections already out there in various sizes and materials from every major manufacturer under the sun.

I'm by no means an expert, but I don't see what purpose that would serve either. Picatinny at 12:00 I get for mounting the front sight and a PEQ/DBAL. Hybrid in other positions don't make as much sense to me.

I have MLOK, Keymod, and Picatinny railed rifles (including a Geissele MK4) and like them all for different reasons. I actually prefer the picatinny on the MK4 for a bipod and any device that needs to be zeroed (laser, etc.) Each has it's pros and cons, I'd just like to have that option from BCM with the convenience of not having to peice everything together myself. To each his own, I suppose..
