Is it possible for a shooter to train in some way that will enable them to achieve 1/2 MOA level skill with 2 MOA equipment? So much of learning depends on feedback. If I do it right I get the desired result, if I do it wrong I don't. If the dispersion due to our ammo, rifle, scope, etc. begins to become the dominant source of error the shooter will no longer get accurate feedback on the results of every shot. Maybe a shot dropped because the muzzle velocity of that round was low and it had nothing to do with the shooter. Can we overcome the limitations of our equipment as we train to become better shooters?
