Why not just build your own, and get a BRT CustomTune gas port insert, so you don't have to worry about finding a barrel with a small gas port? http://www.blackrivertactical.com/co...tune-gas-port/
Combine that with an A5, maybe even an LMT e-carrier, and you'll be in good shape. That's what I ended up doing for my 11.5" that I just built; while it'll be suppressed most of the time, I still wanted it to function unsuppressed. It currently locks back, unsuppressed, on M193 with a BRT insert with a port size of 0.063", using an A5H2, Sprinco Green, and newest LMT e-BCG, clean and well lubricated in ~75 °F. The Centurion Arms barrel originally came with a gas port size of 0.073".
