Have any of you had reliability issues with your gun Cerakoted?

There no such thing as a factory Cerakote finish from Glock.

I'm guessing he meant from a third party like Zev or other brands.

It depends on the skill of the person who did the application. Most lay it on too thick and it can cause fitment issues. Did the gun function with the barrel before the coating was applied?

I have seen this happen.
