Form 5 is for tax free transfer to heirs. Have the form 5s filled out with instructions in your estate papers.

That would boost the industry and raise buyer morale immensely. You don't need HPA.

This is the petition the White House can actually do something with.
    This.

Someone with a legal background needs to draw up a workable proposal, attach it to a petition and get the entire firearms community behind it.

Its doable and we don't have to deal with Congress.

    Why?

The HPA is a much better option, everyone should stay the course.

41p sucks don't get me wrong but let's try and stop compromising our rights, might as well go for it when we have the chance.

Best way to do it now post 41p, if the additional requirements are too much for all your trustees, is get a new trust with minimal trustees. Yourself and one other. Buy what you want with the new trust, use one of the premier dealer's digital methods (like SilencerShop). Add additional trustees later.

Also work to gut 41p/ streamline the process. This doesn't need congress, but if I had to guess Trumps team said leave it, too much bad press loosening restrictions on machine guns and all...

I think the whole NFA thing is WAY on the back burner for this administration at this time. Too bad, because if the legislation ever did hit Trump's desk, he'd probably sign it. I doubt that they will do anything to drive the issue, however.

Sure thing. Let me know how that has worked for you since January 2016 when they announced 41F's implementation date?'

I think the last two people who said "Stay the Course" were the Captain of the Titanic and the CO of Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941.

Anyone seen the latest on the ASA?

Basically what I was talking about.
