‘Military-Style’ Firearms Aren’t Protected By Second Amendment, Court Rules

Well I hope this heads to SCOTUS after we get the new judge.

    Oops, forgot link.

WASHINGTON ― A federal appeals court ruled on Tuesday that a Maryland ban on assault-style rifles and large-capacity magazines isn’t subject to the Constitution’s right to keep and bear arms.

I hate far left, activist judges. What do you expect from Maryland?

Here's the full reading of the decision that was made.

Nice the judge set the tone for his decision by prefacing it with all the mass shootings in recent memory. He wasn't slanted...not at all.

    Interesting.

I thumbed through my pocket Constituition and saw nothing about Twitter, Facebook, or two dudes getting married. Nothing there about feelings, fairness, social justice, nor law enforcement.

Lots of precedenr, however, for middle aged, land owning white dudes keeping and bearing cannons and grape shot which would be contemporary for the time.

Ya know at one time I actually respected judges until I found out gow many were drunks and neurotics with failed law firms mostly based around DUI defense or Insurance hustling.

Everytine I hear "sober as a judge", I openly and heartily laugh

Not surprised. The challenge from CT and NY went the same way, didn't it?

So does that mean the internet, email, phones and all that aren't Constitution protected. Or maybe since something written on paper isn't in common use it's not protected.

    What a deuche nozzle.
