PVS-14 Repair

Hey guys,

The battery compartment on my PVS-14 is corroded and needs to be replaced. I've already contacted TNVC and they are 4-6 weeks lead time for the repair not counting shipping. Obviously I would love to use them, but that's a long wait.

Can anyone recommend another NOD shop that has a good reputation and faster turn-around time?

Hey guys, so I tried Nightlong and got an email back from Ryan, sent him the details back and never heard another word. I've sent two emails back and called 2-3 times with no answer. I decided to use their "contact us" form again to see if that works.

Are you guys sure Nightlong is legit?

Are there any other companies that are GTG and have customer service? (Besides TNVC).

I'm sure he's legit but NV is not his primary business.

I won't defend poor CS but I will say both myself and friends have spent thousands with him and have no issues.

I'm not sure where to go outside of those two. If you're on TOS you could ask in their NV forum.

Wilcox Engineering and Research in Vacaville, CA. I had great comms when I needed to pull a tube out of a MUM and installed in a PVS14.

As I recall, the turnaround was less than two weeks from start to finish for the entire project, to include shipping times both ways.
