My First Full Build - KISS

How do you like the SL handguard? I have short fingers and I want to try one. I hate Magpul didn't make it in FG as I have an FG KISS rifile myself and I'd love to slap the Moe SL on it.

I haven't done a lot of shooting with it yet but it's pretty comfortable. I have medium-large hands but I think it would probably be fine for you because it's thin/narrow.

Thanks. I may attempt dying one to get FG if they ever release the SL in the sand color like they did the PMags.

I liked your build so much I had to copy it...hope you don't mind I used a complete BCM upper I had and just ordered the round handguard cap from them....it was a real son of a gun to get the FSB pins out, but it feels like a completely different carbine now. I had a regular Magpul hand guard on it originally, so thin now.
Not complaining at all but while shooting i noticed it heats up pretty fast around the FSB where I like my hand, naturally.

Both of those "builds" look great! If those rifles are the sum of their respective parts, then you both have rock solid rifles, that will last for years.
