    WANT TO CHANGE LOWER AFTER SENDING IN FOR SBR STAMP

    I sent my form in with 200 to have rights to build an SBR.
    SINCE I HAD TO DESIGNATE A LOWER TO DO SO, CAN I DECIDE TO GO WITH A Different RECEIVER THAN the one I initially described on my form I sent in? Or would I have to start over?

    Yep. The serial number on the lower receiver has to match the one you put on your Form 1. Unless you want to have two receivers legal for building an SBR, you have to start over.

    Plan B: SBR the other lower as well, because more SBRs is more fun than less SBRs.

    If it hasn't been approved yet, you can send an email requesting the change to a different lower. Call the NFA branch to get instructions.
