    Light for SBR?

I have a 11.5" 5.56 SBR with a BCM KMR 10" rail. I'm using a stubby bcm vertical grip, with a inforce on the 3'o clock of the rail (left hand shooter) However no matter what I do I can't get comfortable. So I'm looking for another possible light. The issue I have is when running the SBR my thumb falls in between the pic rail and light, so that my thumb is not on the switch. I have to adjust my support hand a little so my thumb can actively press the button.

Find a light with a tape switch (i.e. Surefire scout) or change your light mount location to like 1:30.

A Surefire X300U on top of the rail works pretty well on my 10.5" SBR's. Might be worth a try.

You could get a Surefire M300/M600 with the tape switch or mount your WML on the top rail in front of your flip up sight.

I used this when I had an Inforce WML to fix that problem..

You could use a picatinny/keymod adapter (I believe arisaka makes one) and place the light in the 45 degree flat above your thumb. If your looking for other lights you could get a scout or scout-clone and mount it directly to the rail in the same place. Works for me

Have you tried running your inforce at 12 o'clock with a thumb-over grip?

I have the same upper with the Arisaka KeyMod Inline Scout Mount (https://arisakadefense.com/collectio...t-mount-keymod) with their 300-series light mounted at the 1:30 position. The pictures on that page show how the light will look mounted on a KMR from the front and sides (very tight with the rail).
