EMP3 grips

Got a new Springfield EMP 3 9mm. Great shooter. But could use some rubber grips. Factory wood ones are smooth even though checkered. VZ grips are thinner and too aggressive on the skin. fits my small hands great. tried hogue, pierce, pachmyer, does anyone know of someone that makes small grips foe the EMP. The commander grips are too big due to the smaller frame. Any help is appreciated, Thanks.

A file will very easily knock down the sharp edges on VZ's G10 grips.
