Buffer correction for port size? (10.3"/Mk 18-inspired)

I've been looking at an Andro Corp 10.3 for my pistol build, but they note that it has a .070 gas port mainly intended for suppressed applications. I also know that 10-11" AR pistols have been frequently reported as needing a heavier buffer especially with the heavier rounds like Mk 262 (which I'm trying to build this thing around).

EDIT: I should note that the muzzle device for this is a Precision Armament AFAB-556.

Question is, for a 10.3 at .070 with a full M16-weight BCG, do I go up from H2 to an H3 or Vltor A5, or down to an H, or something else? The design concept on my build requires a fixed FSB, so unless somebody makes one with an adjustable block I'm stuck doing my compensation at the back end.

With quality parts and minimal gas leaks that is a good configuration.

The CAR H2 you have is a great starting point and should work nicely with that barrel.

The A5 system is better, but it isn't required.

Thanks, guys. Think I have somewhat of a bead on things, between here and there... and now I'm really glad I don't do gunsmithing as a business.
