I guess this is an example of that horrible customer service we hear about. Taking back a BCG with about 1,000 rounds through it, and doing it on their own dime? The nerve!
In all seriosness, it sounds like they're taking care of you. Did you make any specific requests for the resolution? Repair, replacement, refund?

I did not know the man quoted above, and joined this Forum after his passing. He seemed to be a leader of men; both spiritually and physically. Someone we'd all be proud to emulate.

I believe I can answer that question..............
In the case of the OP, I would have to assume by his mention of TOS that he took their advise and went with PSA because for some reason, people over there don't understand what quality really means. They feel PSA is "as good as________" and that's what they tell new members. The cheap prices are a plus for some and they just don't understand they are not getting quality.

Proper Planing Prevents Piss Poor Performance.......
I bought a Freedom Upper way back in June of 2015 that had this same problem. After replacing the rings twice with BCM rings I saw this thread and discovered that I wasn't crazy for thinking the rings were wearing out way too quickly. I emailed PSA and after about a week and a half they emailed me back asking for my info so they could issue a return lable, the next day I had my return label with another email that stated I would have a new BCG sent out as soon as my old one was received. I would have to say that is pretty good service for an item that I purchased two years ago. Will update when i receive the new BCG
