Anybody using a LH tactical shotgun, right handed?

I have in the past seen a few guys that were right handed, running a left handed tactical shotgun. The benefit was that you weren't reaching under the gun and then loading the gun on the side you couldn't see. With a righty running a lefty gun, you could load the port on the side you could see.

This was several years ago and may have just been a fad at the time.

If you don't want to come under the gun and not see the ejection port drive your right elbow into your side and rotate the shotgun to the left, you'll have the ejection port in your field of view and can come over the top to load.

Disadvantages - extra movement to re-position left hand to cycle action forward and the palm of the hand is not positioned to catch the shell if you miss the port - which shouldn't be an issue if the ejection port is in your field of view.

I am a left handed shooter and have always had an advantage combat loading the traditional right handed shotgun, so it does make sense that as a righty if you wanted to wring the last bit of speed our of a chamber empty combat load you'd want a LH eject shotgun.
