Precision Armament EFAB is the best at doing both. While it is a comp, its ability to suppress muzzle flash is insane.

A 10.5" 5.56 AR using .223 Tula 55gr isn't the more or most accurate way to represent the carbine type 5.56 AR platform for a comparison like this.

I'd buy it, but with the newer generation of KAC MD's and cans, I'm not sure how large that potential market could be? It still has to make business sense to make it worthwhile to do it.
