6.5 Creedmoor barrel choice for M5E1 build

I have an M5E1 with SD-E trigger and DWilson bcg just waiting for a good 6.5 Creedmoor barrel. I am not looking to go too heavy and would prefer to stay at 18-20" I was initially looking at BA 18" and 20" but I don't really care for the bull profile of them. Any suggestions for a 18-20" would be appreciated. I am currently leaning toward the Criterion barrels sold at Brownells due to their profile and reputation. I know Faxon is going to be releasing a 6.5 Creedmoor and I may wait to look at those. Any info is appreciated.

If you have $940 laying around I don't think you can do better than a Proof Research CAMGAS 20" barrel in 6.5C.

    They're $827 at Rainier Arms.

You could also get a custom profile. I have a custom McGowen that I spec'ed out that was reasonably priced and shoots very well.

Looking at that BCG, they don't state regular or small foreign pin. That is important in a 6.5 gas gun to prevent primer flow. You will have future problems if it is a standard size firing pin. Read up on JP rifles about this.

I'm doing the same M5E1 build, already have a 308 build but getting parts for a 6.5creedmoor and leaning hard to JPrifles barrel.

/\ or you can just use an Armalite AR10 bcg to begin with and not have to worry about primer flow.

I love the Rainier Arms match barrels I own. Very accurate, watch for them on sale.
