Redhawk. Nothing like a Dirty Harry caliber gun in hand!
If I had to pick one of the three Rugers, it would be the three inch SP-101. I'm not very interested in a 44 Magnum (I like the 45 Colt better) and I have an S&W 686 that I prefer to the GP-100. The SP-101 would make an excellent small framed revolver for my purposes

An SP101, good basic revolver.
Having carried a Security Six for many, many years--when the GP-100 was also available--that was, and remains my choice when I carry a wheelgun. That said, I do own a nice GP and it is a wonderfully good shooter. And a heavy one. There is also a 4" SP-101 in the house (the wife's) , and it is a sweetheart.
I guess owning them all sort of solves the problem. At least until you have to decide which one gets to come along with you.

THE CHAIR IS AGAINST THE WALL.
For hunting: Redhawk
For fun: GP-100 or SP-101
To potentially use for SD: GP-100 or SP-101
To potentially use for SD from your belt or stash in a vehicle: SP-101
I'd take the SP-101. You easily install $15 worth of two springs to improve the trigger. I prefer the fixed rear sight, narrowness, and lighter weight of the Sp101. Even with it's lighter weight it's still about 27 oz and soaks up recoil to make .38 practice very pleasant. It will handle faster than the other two as well.
Makes me think about the 10-22 as a small game harvesting go to. I can shoot a lot more critters for food with that, plus, pop in that BX25 mag and you've got a lot of getaway / suppression firepower. Plus, I've got a lot of memories with that gun.
I'd pass along my GP100 to my kids for HD & SD.
