2570 fps out of my 12.5" Noveske Crusader. If I get to the range next weekend I'll retest with a 16" model. I'm using Lake City brass and Wolf small rifle magnum primers. COAL of 2.235".

Perhaps this bullet will remain in production, since Hornady lists item FR300, a 5.56x45, 62 grain hpbt as a "new" product in their Frontier Cartridge ammunition line.
The product is listed as "coming soon" at popular online retailers. I'm thinking it's the same bullet we've been loading: 62 bthp, BC=.27

I for one would hope so as the results I have been getting are above average. I question Hornady's assigned BC however as I am seeing flatter trajectories out to as far as 1K than the .274 G1 Hornady is claiming.
