if you change the brass defector to a 9mm one add an n1 stock and a 3x colt scope then yes.
but i'll take group consensus and will say its legal but not recommended to do so.

If it helps to know, there's a bunch of Tangfolio 9mm (CZ 75 clone) floating around the surplus world with their slides marked "MOSSAD" along with the Jewish Star. That's Israel's version of the CIA.

So yeah, not too likely a Mossad agent would broadcast their identity like that. It's just a model version.

Also, the CZ 75 "Police" model, stamped as such, which is just a version available to the general public.

It may be the same case as my AR6320 where most of them had the 4th Gen. waffle stock, but a few of the early versions made in 2001 had 3rd Gen CAR stocks. It all depends on what Colt had at the time of production in order to fulfill the orders.

I have a ton of leo mags and have seen leo marked ars for sale but never one put on after the ban for a clone.
Wouldn't it just be easier to buy a lower, or a rifle with the Restricted LE marking already on it?

If you're interested, I have a pair of Colt 6920's with the markings on them in the back of the safe I could sell you.
