38 cal HST

Last April Federal announced that they would be releasing a 38 cal HST this year. It was a deeply seated bullet that resembled the old method of loading wadcutters backwards. Has anyone seen or heard any more info about this round ?

I haven't seen any of it on the market yet. It appears to be a hollow point cartridge, it's just set back in the case for consistent muzzle velocity.

The idea of a HBWC loaded backwards in a case does not pique my interest. This cartridge on the other hand may be worth a look.
