Interesting - Not sure how much I like a screw-on light. I've seen several TLR's fall off weapons (and it wasn't operator error).
The activation switches do look larger and perhaps less abrasive to non-gloved digits.
Before you suggest that licensing, background checks, or other restrictions for the 2nd Amendment are reasonable... Apply those same ideas to the 1st and 4th Amendments. Then tell me how reasonable they are.
I hate the screw method I've seen on the TLR's, one of the huge reasons I hate that light. I've seen countless lights fly off while on the line of quals or training.

Step in the wrong direction for my needs. One of the huge selling points to the X300 series to me has been the excellent QD mount. I hated that the new XC1 did not use a QD mount. One of the things that has made me hesitate to buy one in fact.

About the screw method in TLRs, nothing wrong from mine. However, I really does prefer the QD mount.
