Any opinions on the LaserMax Spartans?

If the plan is own the Streamlight still takes it. It's affordable, durable, does what you want and gives you all the lumens so to speak. I have the TLR-1 HL on my bedside gun and love it so much that any gun I buy that has a rail will get one, at least until the make a better one.

This is going on a SIG P320 Compact for open carry.

Ah, well in that case, check out the Sig Lima5 grip module. Supposedly they are working on a light that can attach to it.

I don't know the status of the light attachment though.

EDIT: Interesting! It looks like the Lima5 has been pulled from Sig's website. Maybe getting revised?
