paper Form 1 SBR and same state move

So, I sent in 1x Form 4 for a suppressor, and 3x paper form 1's for SBR to the ATF, CC charged $800 July 10,2016.

The dealer for the suppressor received the stamp May, 8 2017, so I got the can I was waiting for, but I'm still waiting on the SBR form 1 stamps in the mail.

Should I fill out the proper form for a move and submit to the ATF? I think form 5320.2.

I moved, same state, same town, literally up the street. I filled out the change of address form with the USPS so mail will get forwarded, but are DOJ mail permitted to be forwarded? sometimes "Do not Forward" is printed on the envelope and then is returned to sender.

    Thanks,
    Scott

Have they been approved, just not received? If that's the case, probably not much you can do.

If they've yet to be approved, they won't approve a 5320.20 because you're not yet the registered owner for that SN.

...and USPS usually won't forward the stamps.

    Thanks BigWaylon,
So it looks like I need to call the ATF. Should I wait a few more weeks or at least until after I get my last 2 suppressor stamps from last June? Hopefully the suppressor stamps should be here any week now, lol.

    Thanks,
    Scott

I never had to do it, but supposedly you can send them a letter of correction for pending forms. Probably best to call them and ask.

Yes, that's looking like the best thing to do.

    Thanks,

I had tax stamps forwarded to a new address. Never seen anything on the envelopes that would make me think they wouldn't.

Similar situation; I called and they walked me through the process no problem.

Thanks Brandon, did you just have the serial number(s) when you called?

and yes, I just checked an envelope from a stamp I have, and there is no marking to alert the postal carrier to not forward.

Yes, and the entity (Trust). IIRC they gave me a number to fax my stuff in (and an email), and a control number to reference.

    She was a nice lady.
