Curious to see how they match up with the rail being relatively low profile and the Noveske upper having that large portion with their name engraved. Thanks for any pics if you've got them. Also, it looks from the Noveske site like the upper also supports the indexing pin build into that rail. Confirm/deny?

You should have no problems with the index pins functioning from the two pieces.

Board policy mandates I state that I shoot for BCM. I have also done work for 200 or so manufacturers within the firearm community. I am prior service, a full time LEO, firearm instructor, armorer, TL, martial arts instructor, and all around good guy.

I have not seen them with Noveske Gen3 billet upper but have pondered the configuration. Would probably look sweet. But I think the Noveske Gen 2 style Vltor MUR (with anti rotation pin hole for NSR compatible with VSeven and wedge lock rails) looks best, even better than mega's own uppers:
