Those are easy. 922(r) parts with US made options in parentheses for the 551:
Barrel
Gas piston (556 piston)
Receiver, which includes the trunion
Bolt (556)
Bolt carrier (556)
Lower
Hammer (shooting sight)
Trigger (556)
Sear (shooting sight)
Mag body
Mag follower (Gatewood supply)
Mag floorplate (Gatewood supply)
Pistol grip (Hogue or modified MOE-K2)
Handguard
Stock (m4 carbine adapter)
Some feel the cocking handle is an operating rod. I don't believe it fits with what ATF was calling an op rod when 922(r) was passed, namely the m14 op rod. But if one wants to use it, the 556 cocking handle may be used.
One could also count the receiver and trunnion separately.
Not including cocking handle, receiver and trunion counted as one part: 15 parts.
Including cocking handle, receiver and trunion counted as one part: 16 parts.
Including cocking handle, receiver and trunion counted as two parts: 17 parts.

Anyone know the caliber for the 551 LB 18" barrel. SG 551-1 SP
It's all here somewhere.

To the best of my knowledge, ALL 550/551/552/553 series are 5.56.
-1 is a 1/10 twist
-2 is a 1/7 twist
Your receiver is likely unmarked because no barrel has ever been attached to it so it hasn't been designated as a 551-1 or 551-2. I would think the barrel twist should be on the barrel someplace, but I've never had a "replacement part set" such as those sold by CCF years ago.
Also the Swiss have their own special weight 5.56 designed around the 1/10 twist barrel. It's hard to find these days but it should throw ordinary .55 gr. ammo just fine. Really wish there was a way to get a 18" LB swiss rifle imported, it's probably the perfect middle ground carbine IMO.

At this point, my goal is to get a 553 LB with an adjustable stock.
The normal 553 is quite a do it all suchka but I want a 553 LB....w/ adj stock and a red dot or eotech
I think it would make a handy little 60% gun.
I just need to save $$$$ but I came into some 30 rounders.
These guns are AKs for people who dont like AKs. I think SAN may be in its twilight but the 14.5 LB w adj stock is on my bucket list.
Then I can begin the schlep for B&T stuff. I want an APC 223 with a 12 or 14" barrel so bad. That's my holdout.
These are lofty gun goals but YOLO.
SG 55xs really are that good.
