MWS owners: Is there a specific ammo your MWS likes?

Ran the standard assortment of popular ammo types through a stainless-barreled LMT MWS the other day and was mostly disappointed with the results. FGMM shot well, but at ~$1+ a round, I was hoping to find something a bit cheaper.

I'm looking for a decently-accurate round that is relatively affordable to shoot in bulk through my MWS. For my 5.56 rifles, I've had good luck with 77gr OTM clone rounds (such as Magtech Sniper and IMI Razor Core). Are there any .308/7.62x51 match-round clones you've found are decently-accurate (~1 MOA) in the MWS?

    Thanks!

My MWS with 16" lightweight chrome lined barrel shoots Hirtenberger surplus and MEN 7.62 under 2 moa. I've run both out to 900m with acceptable results on man sized targets. I think Pappabear has had good results with MEN as well.

I have the same setup. I found that my reloads (168g AMAX) or FGMM are the only ammos that I get solid results with.

Is shoots m118lr right at 1.5" and FGMM 168gr right at 3/4".....five shot groups

Mine also loved Hirt. For really accurate shooting, Black Hills 175gr OTM.

The last time JoshNC shot my MWS with some of his Black Hills 175 he was creating bug holes.

Here's another data point for the BH's 175gr. through a MWS. This was shot with the 16" CL model though. The best factory loading I've found is the 168gr. FGMM. Many others have confirmed this as well through their MWSs. If I were you, I start there.

    edit..

Here is a list of popular factory loads through my MWS....
