I wouldn't want a bigger dot and my astigmatism was surgically corrected.
The RMR is pretty much the industry standard for pistol optics. Yes, people do use the DP, but it not that common. So we used the the more common optic for comparison.

Yes, some folks do. I have messed with them, but found that they did not work out for me.

Welcome. Understand. The info came one way from Aimpoint and figured people could run the calculations on their own if they were really interested. :-)

Is the window really that small?? .630" x .512" That's kind of teeeeeny. One of the complaints if the RMR is window size relative to say a DP or even a Vortex. Not familiar with the B&T thingie, but it appears to have a shoulder stock in that pic. Is that the case?

Seems like Aimpoint has got a few things right. Sealed unit, battery swap without optic removal, but the window size may not be well received by some folks. Thinking they may have some more work ahead of them.

It is smaller than the RMR window (by a little bit). Yes, a stock comes with USW, but you would have to SBR it before being able to attach it.

Did we ever get an answer to this? The pictures make it appear to be sealed, but it'd be nice to have confirmation.
Plus ça change, plus c'est la même chose.

It is sealed. No projection onto a window like the RMR.

Call me stupid, but what's the Nano's mount height? Is it low enough I could slap it onto a CASV or similar 1/2" riser and still get co-witness on an F-marked FSB AR?
