The nano seems better as a primary lightweight rifle optic then the rmr.

Also, how rugged is the Nano? If it's racked onto a Briefcase Gun and getting tossed around a lot in company with a heavy laptop, is it gonna shrug it off and go right to work when needed without adjustment?

i use RMR sights on my carbs, but i prefer the dual-illumination model which does away with batteries.

while i find the tint annoying (blue tint with amber "dot", or red tint with green "dot" which is even more annoying), i can live with it.

i might add that i use the 12.9MOA triangle "delta" reticle model (RM08A or RM08G) which gives a large fast easy-to-find "dot" yet the top point of the triangle allows me to make accurate hits at distances. with them i have grouped around 1" at 100yds, and can make pretty consistant hits on a 12x14 plate at 300yds, even with my old worn out eyes.

so while i like the looks of the nano, the fact that it uses batteries takes it out of my picks.

(yes yes, i know that most of you have no problem with battery-operated optics, but i sure have over the years)

I have the adjustable LED RMR, and I never noticed any "blinding" blue tint or optical distortions while looking through it.

1" at 100 yards with an RMR? I consider myself a great shot, but no way.

Take into account the lack of qualifying factors in that statement; no mention of rounds fired, how many groups weren't "around 1," etc. That being said, it not out of the realm of possibility. The hard part in trying to shoot a RDS for groups is maintaining a consistent POA. With the quality of modern firearms and optics, I think the biggest limiting factor outside of shooter skill is ammunition.

We pre-sold all our USW's so never put them on our website. B&T also sold out of the first batch of them. We have more on order.

    No brace is available.

I know this thread is kinda old but I can't seem to find much info on the Nanno. I wanted to know how clear the glass is and what kind of mount does it fit on. Thanks!
