    Dead Air announces Sandman-k

Color me very excited. I currently own 2 sandman-s' and love them. I will probably be getting at least 1 of these.

I literally sent in a form 4 two weeks ago for the S. I should probably get the K, too.

I will likely end up with on of these. I have been calling for a dedicated 5.56 mini from Dead Air for a while. I wonder how much being a 30cal can hurts its performance vis-a-vis the AAC or surefire minis.

The sandman series have replaceable front caps that are caliber specific.

Was wondering when they'd come around to this. And with a tempting discount too. Love my sandman-s.

I like that there isn't a restriction on barrel length...interest seriously piqued.

The first thing that jumped at me after the very first shot was the obvious low port pop ob my 12.5 BCM and my 18 6.5 Grendel.
So I dont doubt this can will sound better than anyone expects it to. FYI I own 4 Dead Air cans( 2 Mask22HD's, 1 Ghost45M,and 1 SandmanS) and they are phenomenal. I have a Rugged Razor as well and use it only when I need a can on another rifle simultaneously. Not that it's bad rather I prefer the Sandman. When I get a descent camera I'll post some vids for y'all.

This on an 8.5" .300BLK would make for a hell of a HD and vehicle setup!
