I'm in the market for a 300blk suppressor. How do you think this one will compare in sound suppression to some of the 8" cans with subsonic ammo?

Dead Air claims the Sandman K only adds 2.9 inches to length. Is that compared to the barrel length with an A2? A barrel with a bare muzzle? Or the length of the barrel with the Keymount Muzzle Brake the K is slated to come with?
The Keymount is 2.6 inches long, which is longer than an A2 birdcage. How much length does it add compared to an A2? Does the Keymount only cover the muzzle threads? Or does it extend down the barrel a bit?

My understanding is that generally if a suppressor company specifies length added, it's past their mount.
I do not believe their mount overlaps at all.
I wish they would get some in the hands of a reviewer so I could see a vid before ordering.
They are pretty cheap though. I will probably order one for my 12.5

It's interesting, most people like the suppressors they have bought in the past. I believe most companies are doing a good job making cans that work. And as creatures of habit, AND MOUNTS , we just keep buying what works. Not saying these cans are not great, I suspect they are.
It's smart they are discounting these to bring people into their company. If I were a Suppressor company, I would rebate any first time buyer a fat rebate to get them buying my cans.
I held one of these cans, ( not the shorty ) it felt like a tank. I'm sure they are tuff.

Yeah I'm pretty much only interested because of the price and length.
It also helps that they make an adapter for my saker that will let it use their mounts.

Sweet. No way to get one of these right now but looking forward to the future.
The mount is just a normal muzzle device, no overlap. It is around an inch longer than an A2 as you said. With can on it is 2.9 inches longer than with the Keymount only. if you want to compare to an A2 equipped gun I would say less than 4 inches added.
