    Please rec vendors for plates

I was debating some plates from Tyr on sale a long while back, but am considering getting plates again.

Any recommended vendors for non .mil non-LE?

post or PM, whatever works, thank you!

    What he said.

I purchased mine from AT. I've also purchased a lot of supplies from OP tactical. Both are good folks to deal with.

Check out AR500. I utilize their lightweight, level III+ plates.

It all depends on what threat level you need to protect against. Paraclete is a good brand, I don't believe they sell direct so you'd have to look at some of their vendors.

    I've heard good things about Armor-wear https://armour-wear.com/shop/all/har...4-stand-alone/
I have no affiliation with them.

At $450 I'm VERY pleased with my level IV lightweight shooter cut triple curved plates. They offer a triple curved rectangular back plate for better coverage. Super comfortable.
