    Where Can I Find This Part? Can't seem to locate

    The sling mount hook that inserts into the type of stock below, shown bottom right. My google fu seems to be weak on this ...

    A VCAS will work. Thread the sling through the slot, through a tri-glide and back through the slot, done.

    Wouldn't you know ... referred to as "Standard M4 rear sling swivel" ... thanks, that's it. Tried finding it with the proper screw, no luck yet but still googling. If can't find I'll take out the one from another rifle and head to the hardware store. Thanks again.

    Nice set up, but I'm a bit vested in the M1 Garand style web fabric sling for hasty-sling and loop-around-bicep use.

    I believe the rear swivel is also the same piece as used on the fixed stock AR-15/M-16 variants
