I think a .065 or less port 11.5, mod 2 gas, cut carrier with a URX3.1 rail and a MAMS for my QDC cans... that I would buy. I'm interested in what is going to be offered, but I'm Pretty specific on my needs these days...

I thought KAC's had one of the best gas systems available. Why does everyone want a smaller port if its so good already?

The KAC CQB 11.5" uses a carbine length gas system.

I'm not going to post the the GP dimension of the CQB, because I've been asked not to.

Out of all GPs on commercial factory 11.5" guns, the KAC is the smallest.

This does not mean it's as small as it could be.

Only things to speculate on would be will it come with BUIS, is it going to be Key-Mod? or M-lok. Sadly I think Key mod.

So what is gov spec? All I see being used is mod -1 gas systems with urx 2 and 3.1 handguards. It won't be keymod guaranteed.
