Not doubting you, genuinely curious.

For some reason, I don't think that they would offer a Mod 2 gas Upper with anything other than URX 4. If it were to come with a URX 3.1, I think it would have the older Mod 1 gas system. This is all guessing on my part.

I have been thinking about trying this.

Which "features"?

RBO CQB is just a SR16 Mod 2 MLOK, if I'm not mistaken.

The GB port is angled so would be kind of tough.. but could be done.

Not sure why they couldn't do the Mod2 gas with 3.1. These photos are of one of mine. And a disassembled Mod 2.

I thought KAC's had one of the best gas systems available. Why does everyone want a smaller port if its so good already?

So if it's not going to be what KAC lists as their current SR16 CQB, what are some other "Gov Spec" variations?

Does anyone have pictures of guns and who purchased them? I saw reference to secret service and did some searching, seems they have the URX II?

I'd be in for a M-lok URX4, and likely a URX II. I have a clone upper I built with a URX II take off from my SR15 upper, and a BCM CHF 11.5" barrel, this upper sits on my KAC lower I built as a pistol. I would still consider grabbing one of these uppers though.

URX 3.1 is not my cup and tea, and I really despise KeyMod after getting into M-lok. So with a Key mod URX4, which is what KAC lists on their SR16 upper, I'm out too.
