I am not a big fan of A2 pistol grips. The "bump" bugs me.
I also am not a fan of quad rails. I like to subscribe to the K.I.S.S. method, and keep things off my rifles that I don't need.
Also in the handguard realm, I don't like aluminum handguards. Polymer ones get hot, aluminum ones get hotter, and I just don't like them.
I don't like angled forward grips. I prefer no fore grip, a simple hand stop, or a stubby VFG.
3 point slings are a no-go for me. I prefer single, and two point.
I have never used the Magpul BAD lever, or anything else similar, and have no intention of doing so.
The tac sac will protect your hand if you run rail-over-brake......
I tried the magpul bad lever and as a lefty didn't like it. I wouldn't call it useless but it doesn't work for me.
Not really an accessory but I find the full auto engraving on semi auto lowers stupid.
I really don't understand the pistol braces as a way around registering the gun as a sbr. Many of them are expensive and I'd rather just do the paperwork and then run the gun however I like. It really gets me when I see one on a suppressed gun as it means they understand how to file atf paperwork.
Cheap shitty optics/red dots that don't hold zero or break easy. One of my buddies had one on his ar and he ended up having to pull it off as it wouldn't hold zero. I've seen the primary arms red dots and they seem to work fine I guess, I'd rather just spend the extra money and be sure though.
Fake stuff that adds weight in general. Fake suppressors, those barrel shrouds for the hk94's that had a vertical grip way too far forward, fake ir lasers, etc. Also the 37mm launchers unless you really have a reason for one.
I'm also not a fan of the a2 grip. I personally prefer the ergo grips.
Single point slings. I prefer the two point ones.
Grip pod. I hate it. It doesn't have the usefulness of a bipod, and it's too thick to be a useful grip. It's literally only good for setting your rifle down on the ground.
