Travis Haley on the different AR15 zeros.

Pretty interesting. He zeros at 25, 50, 100, 200 and 300 yards. Then shoots point of aim at all five distances showing the combat effectiveness of each zero at all ranges. Seeing it on a graph is one thing. Seeing it actually on being shot on a man type target is better. Thought some might enjoy it.

Damn that is an old video. Lol. I remember watching that on a DVD from, I honestly am not sure, years ago. Actually had spoken to a friend about it a couple weeks ago. At any rate, I thought it was, and still do, find it to be an interesting video, and do appreciate the link. Going to save it for future references.

How can he be high at 25 and 50 with the 100 yard zero?

Read that a long time ago. Ballistically, 25 and 50 should be lower than 100...not higher. 100 should be the the apogee with a 100 yard zero.

I've read through that thread more than once, and again just now, where does it answer his question instead of supporting it? I'm curious for the answer as well.

I was trying to be cordial. Its ballistically impossible to be high at 25 and 50 with a 100 yard zero. See graph posted in link.

    It was a mistake.

At least his 50 and 200 yard targets looked similar.
